RETURNS / EXCHANGES
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 20 DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) after contacting thesingingmuna@gmail.com
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
-Returned items must remain complete as set if in wood box
-Returned items must have no visible signs of used, all packaging items should be remained
-Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
-Items must be in its original condition (tag intact) Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
-All return must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it via mailbox if lost.
-Our customer service will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes from 4-6 weeks.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

-Item torn -Item big stained (iii) ALL Reasons listed below (a-g) are NOT considered defects: a) colour variation from product photos, e.g. darker or brighter bronze under vary brightness environment, b) slight design variation from product photos, e.g. set arrangement, logo colours on wood box, etc . c) Slight size variation of within ±0.5cm on measurements ; Slight weight variation within ±0.5kg on measurements d) Minor imperfections marks & scratches on singing bowl. It’s inevitable and naturally exists due to hand made. e) Self-inflicted damage or deep cut to the product. f) Minor Imperfections marks & scratches on wood box due to delivery. g) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. (should be in soecific note or sound, etc) *Proof of defect must be verified by THE SINGING MUNA Return to be eligible*

THE SINGING MUNA will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective item is received. Further communication will carry out to ensure new piece fulfill customer’s need. |
Out of Stock Refund
When a ready stock product sold out, we will make a refund to you. (Not including not ready stock products which stated)
We re-check all the items before we ship it out, if the item is defected and we do not have enough stock, and after phone communication the stock arrival time is more than 30 days and or respective arrival time consider unacceptable for you, this means that your product is no longer available for shipping.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, however these instances are sometimes inevitable and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
- Refunds will take up to 4 weeks.
- Replacement product will take up to 4 weeks.
- Store credit will be emailed to you and can be used within 4 weeks.
