Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 15days (for ready stock)

All orders are processed within 25days (for non-ready stock)

No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays.

Whatsapp communication will be initiated with the customer before shipment proceeds, to final confirm the condition of product chosen and possible receiving date to be expected.

The customer should expect delivery might be more than 15 days if product has noted as not ready stock and have to wait for Nepal shipping to be arrived. The customer will be updated if the not ready stock item’s delivery takes more than 25 days (only might due to lock down in Nepal or customised product which need production time).

If The Singing Muna is experiencing a high volume of orders, the customer should expect any delays. Changes will communicate through Whatapps to save time consumed.

Customers will receive shipment tracking from respective shipping companies via email.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Singing Muna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Singing Muna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Proof of defect must be verified by The Singing Muna. Please read Return & Exchange Policy. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
