Step into a deeply restorative 2-hourr sound journey, where each participant is immersed in vibration with a singing bowl placed gently on different point of body.

Allow yourself to be guided into alpha and theta brainwave states—where the mind softens, the nervous system unwinds, and true rest begins. In a world of constant stimulation, this is your moment to pause, reset, and reward your brain and body with the deep rest they deserve.

Lovingly crafted by The Singing Muna & Yasumi Team, this special session is held in conjunction with National Day — a gentle reminder to rest as deeply as you give.

The day end with an 1-hour sound bath session, where open your option to either 2-hours sound therapy or 1-hour sound bath.

• Please lie comfortably on a yoga mat with pillow, blanket & eye mask
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing (avoid metal accessories)
